Girls…stop what you are doing. I came across this amazing workout technique today that I think I am in love with. Coined Prancercise, this was invented by Joanna Rohrback and is sort of rhythmic, free-flowing way of moving in a playful manner. There doesn’t have to be anymore of the “follow along with the leader” mentality to exercise and I have to admit after watching a few of these videos I think this chick could be onto something. On my lunch break I kinda tried this out sort of incognito and I have to say I laughed and was definitely in a better mood not to mention got off my fat butt.
