Mightylicious Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
The Oatmeal Raisin Cookies were made with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg and were based on a family recipe. Mightylicious positioned them as a gluten-free take on the classic oatmeal-raisin cookie, packaged in red bags for holiday gifting and snacking.
The company also described the cookies as vegan, Kof-K kosher and non-GMO. Those dietary and certification details were part of the brand’s 2023 product information rather than a reason to assume every current Mightylicious product carries exactly the same attributes today.

At the time, the broader lineup included Vegan Chocolate Chip, Vegan Double Dutch Chocolate Chip, Grandma Arline’s Vegan Oatmeal Coconut, Salted Peanut Butter, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip and Brown Butter Shortbread. The Salted Peanut Butter variety was described as grain- and dairy-free, while the two brown-butter varieties contained dairy.

The Story Behind Mightylicious
Founder Carolyn Haeler created Mightylicious after her own experience with celiac disease and frustration with gluten-free cookies that did not deliver the texture she wanted. The company said she left a position at Morgan Stanley to build the cookie business around better gluten-free options.
2023 Promotion and Availability
A 15% holiday discount ran from November 1 through December 24, 2023, and retailers listed at the time included Walmart, Whole Foods, Costco, King’s and Price Chopper. That promotion has expired, and current retail availability can change.

The appeal was straightforward: a recognizable oatmeal-raisin cookie designed for people avoiding gluten, with additional vegan positioning in this particular variety. That made it a practical holiday option for households juggling different dietary needs — because apparently coordinating everyone’s calendar was not enough work already.
