What My EmSculpt Neo Treatment Was Like

An applicator was placed over my abdomen for about 30 minutes. The sensation alternated between intense muscle contractions and quieter intervals. The closest comparison I can make is having your abdominal muscles work very hard while the rest of you is lying there doing absolutely nothing, which is a strange bargain.

I found the treatment slightly uncomfortable but not painful. I also did not have meaningful soreness or downtime afterward, which made it easy to return to my regular schedule.

What I Noticed After Treatment

After my initial treatments, I personally felt stronger through my core during workouts and ordinary daily movement. My abdomen also felt firmer to me.
