Kelpie Chips Review of Crunchy Seaweed Snacks with Bold Flavor

Salt & Pepper is the simplest flavor and leaves more room for the kelp itself to come through. If you are curious about Kelpie Chips specifically, rather than looking for a heavily seasoned snack, this is the most straightforward place to start.

Zesty Pizza Kelpie Chips

Zesty Pizza moves in the opposite direction, using a more familiar savory seasoning against the seaweed base. It is an unusual combination, but the stronger seasoning can make the transition easier for someone accustomed to conventional chips.

What Kelpie Chips Are Like

The main reason to try Kelpie Chips is the combination of crunch, seasoning and seaweed flavor. They are not a direct substitute for potato chips, and shoppers should check the current package for ingredients and nutrition information rather than relying on older product claims.

Based on the varieties we tried, they are best suited to people who already enjoy seaweed snacks or want something different in the salty-snack category. If the flavor of kelp is not your thing, even pizza seasoning is unlikely to disguise where these chips came from.
