Pineau des Charentes Happy Hour Box

We were all set for New Years this year with the most awesome box I think I have received to date. It was called a Happy Hour Box and certainly lived up to the name.

Pineau des Charentes is an amazing French wine made with fresh grape juice blended with Cognac. This is great for a cocktail or as a food pairing. The box we received came with wonderful and fragrant bottle of their wine, dry gin, fresh lemon juice, Genepy Liquor, cognac and the essential bar tools you need (knives/jigger/coaster, peeler). This wine is meant to be savored and smelled. Not only will you enjoy an indulgent sweet taste, but the aroma will whisk you away from all your stress and worry. These are truly quality cocktail products! We were like kids in a candy store!

My husband and I jumped right into checking out some recipes and trying out these amazing products. I have to say that it was so so fun to make these great cocktails and do something different for a change. A real treat after the hectic holidays and rushing around.
