The bars come in three different flavors including Mixed Berry, Cocoa Chia, and Caramel Nut. They all taste good. Usually, these bars don’t taste natural to me or they taste very dry and gummy. It’s like a weird tootsie roll except unsweetened. This isn’t the case for these bars. They had a natural-tasting flavor. They felt healthy. Even though they weren’t sweet, it didn’t feel like they needed to be sweet.

My favorite one was the Caramel Nut because I do love the combination of sweet and salty. The caramel nutty flavor was a good combination. Each bar has 11g of protein and only 2g of sugar. A box of four nutrition bars costs $4.99 which I thought was a very reasonable price.
