Saffron Road Frozen Entrées From the 2023 Launch

In 2023, Saffron Road introduced four frozen entrées inspired by Moroccan, Indian, and Mexican flavors: Moroccan-Inspired Chicken & Potatoes, Coconut Cauliflower Curry, Chickpea Masala, and Chicken Enchiladas Al Chipotle.

Moroccan-Inspired Chicken & Potatoes

This entrée paired white-meat chicken, potatoes, peas, roasted red pepper, tomato, and garlic in a North African-inspired sauce. Saffron Road still lists Chicken & Potatoes in its current frozen-meal lineup.

Coconut Cauliflower Curry

The vegan Coconut Cauliflower Curry combined roasted cauliflower and white beans in a coconut-cream curry with Indian spices. This was part of the 2023 launch, but we could not confirm it in Saffron Road’s current product lineup.

Chickpea Masala

Chickpea Masala combined chickpeas and tomatoes with garlic, ginger, Indian spices, and basmati rice. Saffron Road continues to list Chickpea Masala among its current frozen entrées.

Chicken Enchiladas Al Chipotle

The enchiladas paired chicken, corn, Oaxaca cheese, nixtamal corn tortillas, chipotle sauce, black beans, and rice. A current Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas Al Chipotle version remains in Saffron Road’s lineup.
