They are a full-service company and can provide everything from initial consultation to custom installation. All their products are custom made in the USA. They provided me with a fantastic experience from start to finish almost entirely virtually. They also have various price points, and you can get custom cellular shades for the same price as a big box store!
Kelsea, out of the San Francisco office, provided me with a no-cost initial consultation via Zoom. Kelsea has a background in design, and all the consultants are trained to help you look at your room and decor to pick a window treatment that will blend with your space and provide the functionality needed. I needed help in terms of design, and she was so helpful. Kelsea did not feel like a salesperson, and I never felt under pressure to buy. Kelsea was friendly and accommodating. She went over many options and showed me many pictures of completed installations similar to what I was looking for in my living room. Kelsea made sure all my concerns and questions were addressed and I didn’t feel like she was rushing me. Kelsea was very attentive and answered any questions very quickly over email. I was able to change the plan until I was entirely sure and happy with my choice.
Kelsea suggested top-down and bottom-up cellular shades for my space divided into three sections since my window is large. It was important for the fabric to allow light to come in but still provide privacy. She 
suggested a motorized blinds installation since it is cumbersome to get to the shades since there is a large couch in front of them. I was excited about the idea of using a remote and not getting up from my cozy spot in my favorite chair! Kelsea then mailed me a variety of options to choose from and then had a follow-up consultation to make my final choices. It was tough to decide as Kelsea knew what I needed and sent me perfect choices. I was happy to see the fabrics range significantly in price to accommodate even the tightest budget while still providing a quality high-end product.
Case, an in-house installer, came to take the measurements and then returned to install the shades. He was punctual and wore PPE including masks, gloves and used hand sanitizer. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had about measurement and installation. I can’t stress enough how necessary the measurement appointment is. I have an older home, and things settle, and some of those perfect right angles change. He was able to tweak the measurements to provide me the best fit. He was a perfectionist!
A few weeks later, I received my shades in the mail. I know we all love instant gratification, and these took several weeks to get to installation, but it was worth the wait.
On Case’s return visit, he installed the shades and showed us how to use the remote control. He did not leave until we could use the remote with no problems and answered all our questions. He cleaned up as well. The installation was well worth the nominal install fee because there is no way I was going to property hang three shades that totaled a width of thirteen feet!

They are an A+ BBB company that takes care of its customers, and they offer an extensive warranty on their product. It felt great to have such a custom experience conducted virtually, except for measuring and installing. I am so happy to upgrade my space during these difficult times without worries and on a budget!
