A backpack you can rinse off with a hose is an unusual proposition. The WODA Bag leans into that idea with a molded body, rows of ventilation holes, a lockable top and a shape that looks different from the usual fabric daypack.

Designed for Wet and Messy Days
WODA says the backpack is made from EVA foam, a lightweight, flexible material. The company describes the shell as waterproof and resistant to mold and mildew, and says the openings help with ventilation and drying. A firm base lets the bag stand upright instead of slumping over when it is set down.
The original bag measures 21.5 inches high, 14.9 inches wide and 9.9 inches deep, and weighs 3.5 pounds empty, according to the manufacturer’s product page. It has adjustable straps, a lockable top cover and a removable interior zip pouch for smaller essentials. The stated carrying capacity is up to 30 pounds.
That design makes the most sense for beach visits, boating, pool days and other outings where bags collect damp towels, sand or dirt. The payoff is straightforward cleanup; the trade-off is a more rigid shape and extra weight compared with a soft backpack that folds down when empty.

What It Costs
When checked on October 16, WODA listed the original bag at $159 and marked it sold out on its product page. Stock, colors and pricing can change, so the listing is worth checking before making plans to buy one.
The WODA Bag is a niche piece of outdoor gear rather than an all-purpose backpack. Its molded shape is certainly distinctive, but the key question for shoppers is practical: would a bag that can be rinsed clean be useful often enough to justify its bulk?
