I Am Building Immunity, Sleeping Better And Rather Tranquil!

A new year is here and we have some great products to help you start it off in the right direction.

Here are a few items we are LOVING!

Immune Shield Capsules ($34): These supplements contain Reishi (for stress), Chaga (antioxidants), Turkey Tail (immune boosting) and Vitamin D to keep you protected no matter what.  They help with detox, gut health plus your hair/skin/nails.  THey are organic, vegan, gluten free and Non-GMO too.  We take (3) daily.

RealSleep ($79.99): here is your plant based sleep solution.  They are the perfect combination of CBD, CBN and Melatonin.  You need to take it nightly (consistently) about a half hour prior to bedtime.  I take one a night and get the sleep I need and feel refreshed the next morning.

Inika Organic Skincare  $79.99: this line is 100% natural makeup and skin products that I know you will love.  I love their new Phyto-Active Botanical Face Oil  that is a blend of 18 botanical oils that will keep your skin fresh and glowing.  It absorbs in a dry way so you won’t feel greasy at all.  It is full of the antioxidants and vitamins you need.

Mata Ayurveda: these products provide a unique, holistic way to keep your hair in check.  They offer oils for dry, oily and dandruff hair.  They each run about $31.00.  We are trying For Oily Hair which you easily put 5-10 drops into your scalp and leave on.  Then you shampoo and rinse thoroughly.  Use once or twice a week.  Made with Organic ingredients.

River Organics: amazing CBD products we have raved about before.  They all contain Certified Organic Hemp and are vegan, Non-GMO, gluten free and kosher.  This is seed to bottle.  This time around we are trying out their 100 mg CBD bath bombs ($14.99).  After a crazy day, you just soak yourself into a relaxing experience.  Great for de-stressing, after a workout or to soothe inflammation.  I LOVE their Tranquility Tea ($19.99) that contains hemp and lavender.  It is caffeine free and can be enjoyed both day and night.  I love a cup to end my stressful day.
