Harney & Sons Iced Teas

Harney & Sons is a family owned business that specializes in high-end teas. They have been producing fine bagged and loose leaf teas in the United States for three generations, and also have a line of bottled beverages. Along with their more classic and traditional tea collections, they offer specialty teas, seasonal teas, and a collection that is dedicated to freshly brewed iced teas.

Although Harney & Sons produce their teas in the United States, many of the flavors are made from pure ingredients sourced from around the world. Some examples of the iced teas flavors include a variety of green tea and fruit blends, pomegranate oolong, and passion fruit. Other fruit infused flavors are closer to home and include black currant, peach, and raspberry. As much as I enjoy green tea, the peach and raspberry flavors are really more my style.

The Peach Fresh Brew Iced Tea is made with the flavor of Georgia peaches and full leaf Chinese black tea, but the flavor isn’t too strong. The Raspberry Herbal Fresh Brew Iced Tea is a naturally caffeine free tea made with hibiscus, rosehips, mint and raspberry leaves, citrus peels and apple pieces. Both the Peach and Raspberry Herbal Fresh Brew Teas are naturally sweet, which makes them a good option for those who want to reduce their sugar intake.

Harney & Sons tea collections can be found in luxury shops and coffee houses as well as other retailers around the world. However, if you’re like me and you like to shop online, you can purchase directly from their site, www.harney.com or on Amazon.com.
