The Paradise Variety Pack we tried was the 2024 version; current packaging, ingredients and availability may differ.

We tried the Health-Ade Kombucha Paradise Variety Pack as a three-flavor way to compare fruit-forward kombuchas. The 12-pack we reviewed included Watermelon, Passionfruit-Tangerine and Tropical Pineapple.

Flavors We Tried

Watermelon

Watermelon was the lightest and most familiar fruit profile of the three, with a sweet watermelon flavor alongside the usual tartness of kombucha.

Passionfruit-Tangerine

Passionfruit-Tangerine stood out for its sharper citrus notes and a more tangy profile than the Watermelon flavor.

Tropical Pineapple

Tropical Pineapple had the most overtly tropical flavor of the trio, with a pineapple-forward profile in our tasting. The flavor had previously been named Tropical Punch at the time of our review.

Packaging and Everyday Use

We found the assortment useful for comparing three different flavor profiles without buying a full pack of each one. The bottle caps on the pack we tried were sometimes difficult to open, so that is worth noting for anyone who has trouble with tight caps.

For us, the main reason to choose this variety pack was the range of tropical flavors rather than any health claim. As with any packaged beverage, check the current label for ingredients, nutrition and storage information.
