Huggies Special Delivery Diapers Review

If you have a baby with tender skin, you know how horrible diaper rash can get. It just breaks my heart to see my baby cry out when I try to clean her bright red behind. She must be in so much pain! We found the solution in the disposable diapers of Huggies. They were a true lifesaver! Not only did we get rid of the diaper rash, but we have absolutely no leaks at night. And I must sadly admit that they are a lot more practical and time-friendly than reusable diapers.

But using disposable diapers is not the greenest of choices. Over 20 billion diapers are thrown into landfills each year just in the US. We were feeling bad adding to this number.

Huggies Special Delivery

Now, Huggies Special Delivery diapers have caught our eye. They feature all the great aspects we have come to love from the standard Huggies diapers: a wetness indicator to let us know when our baby needs changing, a “leak lock” system that wicks away moisture and provides up to 12 hours of protection, flexible leg cuffs to keep the mess in,  along with a breathable outer layer. And the newborn size has an umbilical cord notch to protect their healing belly buttons.

Huggies Special Delivery diapers are made from 23% plant-based materials. This removes a lot of petroleum-based plastics from the waste dump. Plant-based diapers, which might use wood pulp, bamboo, or cane, are not only better for the environment (by being a renewable resource), but they’re better for our babies’ skin too. Plant materials are much softer and contain fewer toxins and chemicals than their plastic counterparts. The Huggies Special Delivery diapers are free of parabens, fragrances, and elemental chlorine.

Not that important, but the cute Disney-based design of these diapers is a fun bonus.

Huggies Special Delivery diapers look cute and they are eco-friendlier than other disposable diapers. And they still offer the great quality we have come to know from Huggies.  Soft, great for sensitive skin, and great at preventing leaks and blowouts.

You can get the Huggies Special Delivery diapers in all big box stores, including Walmart, Kroger, Target, and Amazon.
