Josh Cellars Wine

Perfect for the wine enthusiast this Fathers Day, is a bottle from Josh Cellars Wine.  The story will warm your heart and the wine will warm your pallet.  The wine is inspired from the story of Joseph’s father, Josh.  He was an Army Veteran, a lumberjack, a volunteer fireman; even became the mayor of their town.  Most importantly, he was a devoted father and husband, who taught his family to follow their dreams.  After spending over thirty years working in and around Napa Valley wineries, in 2005  Joseph opened Joseph Carr Wineries.

Carr’s Cabernet Sauvignon is the ultimate tribute to his father.  Bold fruit flavor but totally approachable.  You can taste the hint of plum, maple oak and hazelnut!  It was a delicious bottle of red; my husband and I really enjoyed it.   His Legacy (red blend) boasts hints of black currant, plum, blueberry pie and dark chocolate.  Sign me up!   Carr also brings a Chardonnay that is light and holds citrus and tropical fruit.  The Pinot Noir (dying to try it!) is rich in cherry and chocolate, dark with a rich finish. Sounds like the perfect end to a hectic day!  If a rich red with cherry, strawberry and cocoa accents makes your mouth water, be sure to check out Carr’s Merlot.  Finally, the Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and smooth with hints of peach, lime and melon.  So many fantastic choices to compliment every meal and every whim.  The vineyard is committed to bringing you a product that is the result of hard work, integrity and character; the very same virtues of Josh himself.

An extra added treat is the option to attach your own, personal label to the bottle by visiting their website joshcellars.com.  You simply create your label, have it mailed to you, place it over the back label on the bottle and viola you have a personalized greeting for your Father’s Day gift!  Please visit them on Facebook at facebook.com/joshcellars.  They urge you to share your wine pics on their page and instagram.  Such an enjoyable bottle of wine that carries such an inspirational and enjoyable family history.
