La San Marzano® Marinara Sauce

La San Marzano Marinara Sauce is one of the La Regina di San Marzano products. The 45-year-old family-owned company offers several other Italian pasta sauces, including an arrabbiata sauce, a vodka sauce, an arugula sauce, a tuna sauce, and a puttanesca sauce in addition to other more traditional flavors.

La Regina di San Marzano boasts all-natural farming and production, including fresh vegetables and pure olive oil, with a base of “real San Marzano tomatoes grown and harvested in the foothills of Mt. Vesuvius.” And, if you’ve read any of my other reviews, you’ve probably noticed my preferences for Non-GMO products, which I’m happy to share  La Regina di San Marzano makes. It’s also gluten-free.

The La San Marzano Marinara Sauce is comprised of peeled tomatoes, purée, olive oil, onions, sea salt, garlic, basil, black pepper, and oregano. Overall, it has a chunky texture and robust taste that is evident the moment you open the jar.

La San Marzano Marinara Sauce is available on La Regina di San Marzano’s website at grocery stores and specialty retailers such as Kings, Acme, DeCicco, Brooklyn Fare, FoodCellar, and Price Chopper. It and the other La Regina di San Marzano pasta sauces can also be found on Amazon.
