Numi Assorted Green Teas – Yuzu Bancha, Kukicha, and Hojicha

Green Tea has many health benefits including:

I had a chance to sample three amazing green teas by Numi, all certified organic and delicious. Numi teas are also gluten-free, non-GMO, kosher, and Halal certified.  Each tea is wrapped individually.

The Hojicha Tea is low in caffeine.   It is a smoky roasted Japanese green tea with a vibrant taste. The Kukicha Tea is a mellow Japanese Twig Tea.  It’s low in caffeine. It’s one of my favorite teas. It has a very sweet nutty flavor. It’s aromatic and light tasting. The Yuzu Bancha is medium in caffeine.  It’s bright Japanese green tea with citrus.  The Yuzu lemon peel adds a lemony smooth flavor. All three teas are great for iced or hot tea.   It’s a classic style of green tea.  It’s flavorful and delicious.   It isn’t bitter or overpowering.

A brother and sister founded Numi in 1989 in Oakland, CA. Every purchase helps support a non-profit initiative that provides clean drinking water and sanitation for farming communities around the world. The teas are ethically sourced.  This means that when businesses purchase products from suppliers they consider the impacts those products have on the people and communities who create them.
