The staff made the experience easy from the beginning. Questions were answered clearly, the treatment steps were explained before anything started, and the overall tone was relaxed rather than rushed.

What Treatment Did We Try?
During our visit, we tried Skin Loft’s rejuvenating facial and laser combination. At the time, the service paired an OxyGeneo-style facial process with Laser Genesis.
The facial portion included cleansing, exfoliation and product application, while the laser portion was designed as a gentle skin-rejuvenation treatment. Our experience felt more relaxing than aggressive, and there was not the kind of dramatic recovery period people sometimes associate with stronger resurfacing procedures.
What Did the Facial Feel Like?
The facial treatment used a wand-based process that moved across the skin with a light suction sensation. It felt more like a deep-cleaning facial than a medical procedure.
What stood out most was how methodical the appointment felt. Each step built on the previous one rather than feeling like a collection of disconnected add-ons.
