Spry Gum and Mints

I’m very social. The last thing I want is not to have fresh breath because who would want to talk to me? That’s why I carry gums and mints with me at all times.

Also, we’ve all heard chewing sugar gum or candy can cause cavities. That’s why my personal preference is sugar-free gum and candy. I like the taste of sugar-free gum and I have heard it was a good habit. It also helps prevents cavities. Maybe even helps prevent acid reflux. However, I did become concerned about the health benefits of artificial sweeteners. Xylitol is a sugar substitute that is approved by the FDA and it’s a naturally occurring substance. It also does not stimulate the release of insulin from the pancreas that sugar does.

Spry gums and mints are sweetened with xylitol. According to Wikipedia, xylitol has a lot of health benefits, including reducing dental cavities, ear and upper respiratory infections, and Candida yeast growth. It also helps remineralize teeth and bones.

Spry gum and mints come in a variety of great, fun flavors. I really enjoyed the natural green tea gum and berry blast mints. They also offer cinnamon, peppermint, wintergreen, licorice, bubblegum, lemon burst, and others. The flavor is all-natural. The taste isn’t as long-lasting as the more unnatural leading brands. However, I don’t plan on chewing the same piece of gum all day.

You wouldn’t want to drop it and have your dog eat this product as it is unsafe for pets.
