These Mott’s products and prices were reported in 2024. Availability, ingredients, packaging and prices may have changed.

Summer schedules have a special talent for turning the family car into a combination locker room, snack cabinet and mobile command center. Between camp, practices and day trips, having drinks and easy snacks within reach can save everyone from the dreaded “I’m hungry” announcement five minutes after leaving home.

In 2024, Mott’s added Active beverages to its lineup alongside its No Sugar Added Applesauce Variety Pack. Here is what the products offered at the time.

Mott’s Active drinks

Mott’s Active beverages launched in Blastin’ Berry and Watermelon Burst flavors. According to the product information provided at the time, the drinks contained coconut water and naturally sourced electrolytes, with no added sugar or artificial flavors.

The practical pitch was straightforward: individual drinks that could travel from camp to sports practice or live in a cooler during a family outing. A 15-pack was listed at $15.88 in 2024; that historical price should not be treated as current.

Mott’s No Sugar Added Applesauce Variety Pack

The applesauce variety pack was the snack half of the equation. Mott’s described it as made with apples, with no added sugar, artificial colors or sweeteners. The 2024 product information also identified it as gluten-free, caffeine-free and Kosher and said a serving provided 10% of the daily value for vitamin C.

The $11.42 price reflected the 2024 publication period, not a current offer.

A practical option for busy family schedules

Neither product needs superhero language to explain why a parent might toss it into a bag. Drinks and single-serve applesauce are easy to pack, easy to hand to a kid and require essentially no preparation, which is sometimes the entire job description for a summer snack.

Summer may be chaotic, but at least the snack strategy does not have to be.
