My favorite was the Peppermint Peak. The smell of peppermint awakens the senses and helps ease the sleepiness.  Peppermint has also shown to help ease stomach pain and headaches.  Tea is great to drink if you’re feeling under the weather or just want a moment to relax. Bring water to a rolling boil, pour one cup of water over a tea bag (no strings or tags on tea bags keep 3.5 million pounds of material out of landfills every year) , steep 4-6 minutes and remove tea bag.
