In 2024, Ed McCaffrey’s Rocky Mountain Mustard lineup included several mustard styles plus a horseradish sauce. The products and retailer availability below reflect that period; current flavors and store availability may differ.
McCaffrey, a three-time Super Bowl champion, developed the condiment line with mustard makers. The lineup ranged from classic yellow and Dijon-style options to chipotle, sriracha, beer, and honey varieties.
Spicy Brown Mustard
The Spicy Brown Mustard combined a creamy texture with a noticeable kick while staying close to a familiar spicy-brown style.
Chipotle Mustard
The Chipotle Mustard used smoky chipotle flavor to give the mustard a Southwestern direction.
Sriracha Mustard
The Sriracha Mustard paired mustard tang with a hotter, chile-forward profile.
Yellow Mustard
The Yellow Mustard was the straightforward option in the lineup, designed for familiar everyday uses such as sandwiches and grilling.
Honey Mustard
The Honey Mustard combined sweetness with mustard tang for a milder contrast.
Creamy Dijon Mustard
The Creamy Dijon Mustard had a richer, zesty profile suited to sandwiches and dressings.
Beer Mustard
The Beer Mustard added beer to the flavor profile for a different take on the line’s savory mustards.
Horseradish Sauce
The lineup also included a Horseradish Sauce intended to add a sharper flavor to meats and sandwiches.
