We are all finally able to see our family and friends again and enjoy some summer awesomeness! I have this new great spirit option for you to pick up and bring with you to your next party or barbeque. Codorniu Clasico Rosado is the rose version of their traditional cava Clasico. The wine is Spanish and very rich with authenticity and history. Cava is producted just outside of Barcelona in Catalonia. It is very similar to champagne and prosecco and the perfect summer backyard beverage.
This is a very fruity sparkling brut wine. This is not an over bearing fizzy wine; light bubbles and very refreshing. I recommend chilling it ahead of time. I got immediate hints of cherry and orange upon the first sip. This is fresh red fruits meets citrus. It pairs perfectly with charcuterie, cheeses, fish and appetizers!
