On our February 2023 visit, Miznon Chelsea Market was a lively, casual stop for Israeli-inspired food. The pitas were thicker and denser than a typical supermarket pita, which helped them hold the restaurant’s substantial fillings. Menus and prices can change, so treat the dishes below as a record of our visit and check the current Chelsea Market menu before going.
Falafel Burger and Lamb Kebab
The falafel burger had a crisp exterior and a softer, seasoned center. It worked well for someone who wanted a meatless pita without choosing a conventional veggie patty.
The lamb kebab was tender and juicy during our meal, and the tahini added creaminess without overwhelming the meat. These were the two heartier savory choices we tried.

Roasted Cauliflower and Ratatouille
The roasted baby cauliflower was the vegetable dish we remembered most. It arrived soft and rich rather than crisp, with enough flavor to work as a shared dish or part of a meal with pita.
The ratatouille offered another vegetable-forward option with a simpler mix of cooked vegetables. Both dishes showed that the menu did not rely only on stuffed pitas.
Banana Chocolate Pita
For dessert, the banana chocolate pita combined warm banana and chocolate inside bread. It was straightforward, shareable and a fitting finish after the savory dishes.
Atmosphere, Families and Value
Miznon’s Chelsea Market location felt energetic and informal during our visit. That made it easier to bring children and introduce unfamiliar flavors without committing to a long, formal meal.
Our value comments reflect February 2023 and should not be treated as current pricing guidance. Check today’s menu, hours, allergens and seating arrangements before visiting.
Miznon Chelsea Market Review Verdict
We would return for the roasted cauliflower, lamb kebab and thick pitas. The menu’s mix of meat, vegetable and dessert choices gave our group enough variety, while the counter-service setting suited a Chelsea Market stop.
