Nora Ross hair care with garlic shampoo and conditioner sounds strange and unusual. However, keeping an open mind, I decided to give it a try. I smelled it and expected an overpowering smell of garlic like when someone eats Italian food or enters a pizzeria. But it was nothing like that. I was pleasantly surprised that the shampoo and conditioner actually had a fresh floral-like scent. The garlic extract provides benefits that include:
- soothe the scalp
- help with dryness
- help with itchiness
- help with flaking
- help with irritation often caused by dandruff, psoriasis, and eczema
I was pleasantly surprised by how great it felt on my hair. So glad that I kept an open mind.
I used the shampoo and conditioner in combination with the jojoba oil and spray-on shine. The spray-on shine helped with the frizziness. I think using two sprays for my medium-length hair was plenty. The Jojoba oil should also be used in moderation in order to keep your hair from looking oily. I felt like it worked great on my ends. I even love using it on my lips and hands in the winter. It helps to keep my skin moisturized and feeling soft.
Nora Ross has a nice selection of hair care products for different hair types.
