Here is a great plant-based condiment option for your pantry. We put it to the test this week and couldn’t be happier! It even passed the kid test, I want to mention. And I live with some tough critics here…
parma! is a plant-based parmesan seasoning. It is considered a superfood, contains low sodium, is gluten-free and paleo/vegan/keto friendly. It is also a great source of Vitamins B and E. Very simple and small ingredient list here – Non-GMO yeast, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Himalayan Salt, Organic Hemp Seeds, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, and Walnuts.
You can do so much with these; think topping for your pasta, on chicken/steak/fish, and even atop your popcorn!

We were sent their Original and Garlicky Green. I feel like they are the perfect ones to start with. I made zucchini noodles and marinara for dinner that night and the original went perfectly as our cheese topper. Both kids agreed the flavor was awesome and they didn’t miss the normal shaker cheese at all.
The next night we made roasted potato wedges and took the Garlicky Green with egg wash and sort of breaded them with that. They came out so delicious, full of flavor!
