TB12 Training Products Review

I am totally ordering up vanilla and cookies and cream next. The product is free of dairy, gluten, and soy. It is Non-GMO, vegan friendly, and USA-made. They also have amazing electrolyte powders and protein bars you will just have to have also! You can also grab this up in individual packets ($34 for a 12 pack) great for the office or on the go. TB12 Core + Upper Body Training Kit

Next up, their home gym items. We were sent the TB12 Core + Upper Body Training Kit ($160): This includes everything you need for a total-body, low-impact workout, right in the comfort of your home or really anywhere you are. It comes with durable handle resistance bands in an array of weights (from up to 12lbs to up to 33lbs), a door anchor, 2 carabiners, and a storage bag. My son basically grabbed the kit and went to work. He says it’s really awesome and he is building up his strength! I am starting slow and building up my own stamina as well!

TB12 Vibrating Pliability Sphere

We are also loving the TB12 Vibrating Pliability Sphere ($150): This is going to help with trouble spots like shoulders, lower back, glutes, and calves. It has 4 vibration levels and is great for warm-up and recovery.
