Wellness Goodies You Need To Know About

We are all trying to get a little healthier now that this quarantine is over.  So many of us really “lost our way” last year and have to get back on track.  Here are a few great items to help you out!

Shrubbly: This is prebiotic shrub soda that combines old-time fruit and apple cider vinegar.  This is a “healthy soda” that can also be used as a mixer.  And this mom tried it as a mixer with her favorite vodka and it is a true winner.  This is not too sweet; not too bubbly and very delicious.  It contains nothing artificial, is kid friendly (non-alcoholic), low sugar, low carb and gluten free.  You simply must try it.

Amida Mantra Lash Serum: so none of us went to our lash appointments for a year and we are in dire straights.  Check out this amazing serum that is super easy to use.  It has a natural formula that combines active agents with vitamins and extracts to strengthen your lashes.  All you do is brush the serum on the upper and lower lash lines twice a day.  Could not be easier.  I am seeing a nice result and have only been using a week and a half.
