Boston Market Rotisserie Kitchen

Boston Market Rotisserie Brisket

As you probably know, Boston Market is a family-oriented sit-down fast food restaurant. What you might not know is that as it has grown over the years, it has developed a much fuller menu, including an array of side items.

Boston Market Corporation, formally known as Boston Chicken, has specialized in rotisserie chicken from the beginning, and they’ve also gained a reputation for their rotisserie USDA choice Prime Rib. In fact, they’ve even extended its availability from three to five days a week. Now, you can get the Rotisserie Prime Rib after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and after 12 p.m. on Sunday.

Boston Market’s newest addition is the Rotisserie Brisket, which is tender and juicy, and definitely worth trying. Right now, it’s available at select locations on Monday and Tuesday evenings starting at 5 p.m. I certainly hope they decide to keep it on the menu, and extend the times it’s offered.

In addition to their dine in services, Boston Market Corporation also offers same-day catering services. They even deliver. I’m actually going to suggest that my manager use them to cater our next staff meeting.
