Vintages By Harlequin

Who doesn’t adore curling up with a good romance novel by the fire? If you are like me, you also bring along your favorite glass of wine. Giving Vintages By Harlequin a try was an amazing early holiday gift for me this week! Vintage Wine Estates, of Santa Rosa California has paired up with the romance novel Company to bring you delicious bottles of wine that always “ensure a happy ending”. The 2013 “Pardon My Body” Cabernet Sauvignon is by far my favorite. Strong and smooth hints of boysenberries, blackberry, cherry and others; this is absolutely the perfect complement for dinners with beef, lamb, steaks and veal. Just an overall delicious glass of red. Their 2014 “Substitute For Love” Chardonnay also did not disappoint. I am really not a white wine fan but I truly enjoyed it! This bottle is perfect for seafood fishes, pork loin and poultry. I adore the taste of green apple, pear and citrus that go impeccably with its oaky base. I have to say both bottles we tried were truly great vintages and I would recommend them to anyone.
